The Mobile Application is designed as a secure and efficient Front Desk Attendance Portal that streamlines employee check-in and check-out operations. It enables real-time attendance recording with built-in image capture for identity verification, ensuring accuracy and preventing misuse.

The application is fully compatible with both Android and iOS platforms, and is optimized for use on smartphones and tablets, making it highly flexible for various front desk environments. With its user-friendly interface, secure access controls, and dedicated lock feature, the app provides a reliable and professional attendance solution for modern workplaces.

1) Front Desk Login

The employee assigned the Front Desk role shall log in to the application by entering their authorized username and password to access the system.

2) Employee Check IN/Check Out Portal

After that each employee can enter their username and password and perform the needed punch in or punch out operation. On each instance the camera will open and they must take their photo to continue the process.

3) Lock Feature for Front Desk Users

Front desk users can lock this profile by clicking on the lock icon on the top left side menu bar. Password will be asked each time the portal is locked and shall be asked to unlocked as well to prevent misuse of the system.
