Creating Users on the ZKTeco Device

  1. Access the Device:

    1. Power on the device and access the menu

    2. Navigate to "User Mgt."

    3. After that ,you will see this screen.

  1. Enroll New User:

    1. Select "New User".

    2. After that , you will see this screen.

    3. Enter details: User ID, Name,password other is optional (using keypad).

    4. Scan the user’s fingerprint (2-3 scans as prompted).

    5. Save the enrollment.

  2. Sync with Desktop App:

    1. Open the desktop app and navigate to the "Users" section.

    2. Select the connected ZKTeco device and click "Sync User" to pull the newly enrolled user information from the device.

    3. Verify that the new user appears in the app’s user list. If not, manually refresh or reconnect the device.
