Creating Users via the Desktop Application (Recommended for Bulk Setup)

  1. Open the Desktop App:

    1. Launch Digital HRS Biometric windows App.

  2. Go to Users:

    1. Go to "Create User" .

  3. Enter User Details:

    1. Enter Name: Enter the user’s name (e.g., "John Doe").

    2. Enter password: Enter password (e.g., "0xyz").

  4. Click in Add:

    1. Click "Add". The user data syncs to the device automatically if connected.

    2. You will navigate to the user list and see this screen .

  5. Verify the user is synced on Device as well

    1. Navigate to User Mgmt.

    2. Select All Users

    3. The user created from the app should now show in the device as well

  6. Add fingerprint for the user

    1. The app only helps to create the user, the fingerprint must be set on the device as normal

    2. From the All Users menu on the device

    3. Select the user

    4. Enroll fingerprint for the user
