Training Management

Seamlessly integrate training sessions using DHRS to manage and deliver structured learning experiences. The platform allows you to create, assign, and track training programs efficiently.

Prerequisites for Creating Training

Before creating a training session, ensure the following:

  1. Add Training Types – Define categories for different training programs.

  2. Add Trainers – Register trainers who will be conducting the sessions.

Steps to Create a Training Session

  1. Navigate to Training Management

    • Click on the "Training Management" menu.

    • Select the "Training" sub-menu.

    • Click on "Add Training."

  2. Enter Mandatory Training Details

    • Branch – Select the branch where the training will take place.

    • Department – Choose the relevant department(s) for the training.

    • Employees – Assign employees who will participate.

    • Training Type – Select the type of training from the predefined list.

    • Start & End Date – Define the training duration.

    • Start & End Time – Set the training schedule.

  3. Optional Fields (if applicable)

    • Cost – Specify the training cost if required.

    • Description – Provide additional details about the training.

    • Certificates – Upload certification details if applicable.

  4. Save & Publish

    • Click "Save" to finalize the training session.

    • Assigned employees will receive notifications about their scheduled training.

With DHRS Training Management, you can ensure a smooth and organized training process while keeping track of employee development.
