Notice
The Notice menu in Digital HR provides a platform for sending and managing notices to employees. Here's how you can utilize this feature:
Accessing Notice Menu:
Navigate to the Notice menu within Digital HR.
Viewing Sent Notices:
Access the list of previously sent notices.
Creating a New Notice:
Click on the "Create Notice" option.
Fill in the notice title and description.
Select the notice receivers or choose the option to send to all employees.
Set the status to active.
Sending the Notice:
Click on the "Send Notice" button.
This will send the notice to the selected employees, who will receive push notifications on their application.
Resending Sent Notices:
From the list of sent notices, select the notice you want to resend.
Click on the option to resend the notice.
