Notice

The Notice menu in Digital HR provides a platform for sending and managing notices to employees. Here's how you can utilize this feature:

  1. Accessing Notice Menu:

    • Navigate to the Notice menu within Digital HR.

  2. Viewing Sent Notices:

    • Access the list of previously sent notices.

  3. Creating a New Notice:

    • Click on the "Create Notice" option.

    • Fill in the notice title and description.

    • Select the notice receivers or choose the option to send to all employees.

    • Set the status to active.

  4. Sending the Notice:

    • Click on the "Send Notice" button.

    • This will send the notice to the selected employees, who will receive push notifications on their application.

  5. Resending Sent Notices:

    • From the list of sent notices, select the notice you want to resend.

    • Click on the option to resend the notice.
