Task management in Digital HR helps you create, assign, and track tasks within projects, ensuring that all project components are completed efficiently. Here’s how to manage tasks effectively:

Step-by-Step Guide to Task Management

  1. Navigate to Tasks Management Menu

  2. Create New Task:

    • Click on "Add New Task".

    • Fill in the task details, including:

      • Task Name: Provide a name for the task.

      • Description: Enter a detailed description of the task.

      • Project: Assign the task to the relevant project.

      • Due Date: Set a due date for task completion.

  3. Save Task:

    • Click on the "Create Task" button to save the task.

    • View a list of all tasks associated with each project.

    • Use filters to sort tasks by status, due date, assignee, and more.

    • Click on a task to view its details.

    • Add checklists to tasks to break them down into smaller, manageable steps.

  2. Mark Tasks as Complete:

    • Tasks can be marked as complete by the admin through the backend or by the assigned employee via the mobile app.
