Termination

To access Termination Management, expand HR Admin Setup and click on Termination.

Creating Termination Types:

  • Locate the "Add Termination Types" button in the top-right corner.

  • View the available termination type listing.

  • Click "Add Termination Type", enter the title, and click Create.

Adding Terminations:

  • Go back to the Termination Menu and click on the "Add Termination" button.

  • On this page, fill in the required details:

    • Select the employee

    • Choose the termination type from the dropdown

    • Select the notice date

    • Enter the termination reason

    • Select the termination date

    • Upload any relevant attachment (if any)

Click on the "Create" button to save the termination record.
