# Termination

To access **Termination Management**, expand **HR Admin Setup** and click on **Termination**.

**Creating Termination Types:**

* Locate the **"Add Termination Types"** button in the top-right corner.
* View the available **termination type listing**.
* Click **"Add Termination Type"**, enter the title, and click **Create**.

**Adding Terminations:**

* Go back to the **Termination Menu** and click on the **"Add Termination"** button.
* On this page, fill in the required details:
  * Select the employee
  * Choose the termination type from the dropdown
  * Select the notice date
  * Enter the termination reason
  * Select the termination date
  * Upload any relevant attachment (if any)

Click on the **"Create"** button to save the termination record.
