Termination
To access Termination Management, expand HR Admin Setup and click on Termination.
Creating Termination Types:
Locate the "Add Termination Types" button in the top-right corner.
View the available termination type listing.
Click "Add Termination Type", enter the title, and click Create.
Adding Terminations:
Go back to the Termination Menu and click on the "Add Termination" button.
On this page, fill in the required details:
Select the employee
Choose the termination type from the dropdown
Select the notice date
Enter the termination reason
Select the termination date
Upload any relevant attachment (if any)
Click on the "Create" button to save the termination record.
