Change Password

Managing passwords is a critical part of maintaining security within your organization. DigitalHR allows admins to change employee passwords quickly and efficiently through the Employee Management section. Here’s a guide on how to change an employee's password.

Steps to Change an Employee's Password

  1. Navigate to Employee Management:

    • From the main dashboard, go to the "Employee Management" section and click on Employees.

  2. Locate the Employee:

    • You will see a list of all employees. Use the search bar or filters to locate the employee whose password you need to change.

  3. Access the Action Menu:

    • Next to each employee's name, you will find an action icon.

  4. Change Password:

    • Click on the Action Icon:

      • Find the employee for whom you want to change the password and click on the action icon next to their name.

    • Select Change Password:

      • Choose the "Change Password" option from the dropdown menu.

    • Enter New Password:

      • A dialog box will appear where you can enter the new password.

      • Confirm the new password by entering it again in the confirmation field.

    • Save Changes:

      • Click on the "Update" button to apply the new password.
