# Transfer

The **Transfer Management** feature in **digitalHRS** allows HR administrators to manage employee transfers efficiently. This feature enables the smooth movement of employees between different branches or departments, ensuring that the transfer process is seamless, transparent, and properly documented.

Transfers can be tracked and updated from the backend, helping organizations maintain an accurate record of employee assignments. This feature supports internal mobility, allowing companies to better allocate resources across different locations or departments.

**Accessing Transfer Management**

To access **Transfer Management**, expand **HR Admin Setup** and click on **Transfer**.

**Creating a Transfer Record:**

* Click on the **"Add Transfer"** button.
* Select the **Branch** the employee is transferring **from**.
* Select the **Branch** the employee is transferring **to**.
* Choose the **Employee**.
* Add the **Transfer Date**.
* Provide any relevant **Transfer Description**.
* Click on **"Create"** to save the transfer record.

By integrating this feature, organizations can efficiently manage employee transfers and maintain a clear record of their internal mobility, ensuring smooth transitions between branches.
