Transfer
The Transfer Management feature in digitalHRS allows HR administrators to manage employee transfers efficiently. This feature enables the smooth movement of employees between different branches or departments, ensuring that the transfer process is seamless, transparent, and properly documented.
Transfers can be tracked and updated from the backend, helping organizations maintain an accurate record of employee assignments. This feature supports internal mobility, allowing companies to better allocate resources across different locations or departments.
Accessing Transfer Management
To access Transfer Management, expand HR Admin Setup and click on Transfer.
Creating a Transfer Record:
Click on the "Add Transfer" button.
Select the Branch the employee is transferring from.
Select the Branch the employee is transferring to.
Choose the Employee.
Add the Transfer Date.
Provide any relevant Transfer Description.
Click on "Create" to save the transfer record.
By integrating this feature, organizations can efficiently manage employee transfers and maintain a clear record of their internal mobility, ensuring smooth transitions between branches.
