# Awards Type

First Create Awards type before assigning/creating awards. To create awards

**Steps to Create Leave Types**

1. **Navigate to the Awards Management Section:**
   * From the award management, go to the "Awards Types " menu.
2. **Add Awards Type:**
   * Click on the "Add Award Type" option.
3. **Enter Award Type Name**
4. Click on the "Create" button to save the new leave type.
