Digital HR provides a secure method for handling logout requests from employees. Employees can send logout requests from their mobile applications, which must be approved by an admin before they can log back into their accounts. This is particularly important when the "Authorize Login" setting is enabled in general settings.
Steps to Manage Logout Requests
Navigate to Employee Management:
From the main dashboard, go to the "Employee Management" section.
Access Logout Requests:
In the "Employee Management" section, find and select "Logout Requests."
Review Logout Requests:
You will see a list of all pending logout requests sent by employees.
Each request will include details such as the employee’s name, the reason for the request, and the time it was submitted.
Approve or Deny Requests:
Approve Request:
To approve a request, click on the "Approve" button next to the relevant request. This will log the employee out of the application and allow them to log back in from a new device or once the issue is resolved.
Deny Request:
To deny a request, click on the "Deny" button. The employee will remain logged in on their current device and will not be able to log in from a different device until another request is approved.
