Resignation
The Resignation Management feature in digitalHRS allows employees to submit their resignation requests seamlessly through the mobile app, while HR admins can manage resignations from the backend. This feature ensures a smooth and transparent exit process, reducing administrative workload and enhancing communication between employees and management.
Submitting Resignation from the Mobile App
Employees can submit their resignation requests directly through the digitalHRS mobile app. They need to enter the resignation date, last working day, reason for resignation, and attach any relevant documents before submitting the request. HR admins can then review and process the request accordingly.
Managing Resignations from the Backend
To create a resignation record from the backend, expand HR Admin Setup and click on Resignation.
Adding a Resignation Record:
Click on the "Add Resignation" button.
Select the employee.
Choose the resignation date.
Add the last working date.
Enter the reason for resignation.
Attach any relevant documents (if applicable).
Set the status from the dropdown menu.
Click on "Create" to save the resignation record.
This feature ensures that organizations maintain proper documentation and track resignation requests efficiently, whether submitted from the mobile app or managed by HR administrators.
