Roles and Permission

Roles and permissions control access to various features and data within Digital HR. Setting these correctly ensures that employees have the appropriate level of access based on their responsibilities.

To create role:

  1. Expand the Setting Menu

  2. Click on "Roles and Permission" and click on the "Add Role" button.

  1. Add Role Name

  2. Select "Authorize Backend Login" status. Set "Yes" if you wish this role to access this backend and "No" if you don't wish this user to access this backend.

  3. Set status to active and click on add role button.

  4. Repeat process to create more roles.

Assign Permission

  1. After creating all your desired roles, go back to the menu and after each roles you will see an option to assign permission. Click on that to assign specific permission to that role.

  1. Once the menu is opened, we have differentiated roles and permissions into two sections, Web Permissions and API permissions, For employees it is crucial to select all mobile API permissions in order for them to use the mobile application.

All the modules for web permission as well as web api are listed as shown in the above feature, You can provide the permissions accordingly. You can check all to select all or select individual and click on save button to make changes.
