Creating Projects

  1. Navigate to Project Management Menu

  2. Add New Project:

    • Click on "Add New Project".

    • Fill in the necessary details for the project.

    • If you didn't add clients earlier, you can add new clients directly from this section.

  3. Assign Project Leaders and Members:

    • Select the project leader and assign team members to the project.

  4. Create Project:

    • Click the "Create Project" button to finalize the project setup.
