Asset Management

The Assets Management menu in Digital HR provides a platform for tracking and managing company assets. Here's how you can utilize this feature:

  1. Accessing Assets Management:

    • Navigate to the Assets Management menu within Digital HR.

  2. Creating Asset Types:

    • Define different types of assets that your company owns. This could include categories such as laptops, mobile phones, vehicles, etc.

  3. Creating Assets:

    • Once asset types are defined, create individual assets within each type.

    • Specify details such as asset name, serial number, purchase date, and any other relevant information.

  4. Assigning Assets to Employees:

    • Assign assets to specific employees within the organization.

    • Track which employee is currently using each asset.

  5. Managing Asset Usage:

    • Keep track of asset usage and monitor any changes in assignment or status.

    • Update asset records as needed to reflect changes in ownership or location.

Importance of Asset Management

  • Resource Optimization: Ensures that company assets are utilized effectively and efficiently.
