The Warning Management feature in digitalHRS helps organizations maintain a structured and transparent disciplinary process. It enables HR administrators to issue formal warnings to employees for policy violations, performance issues, or misconduct. By documenting warnings properly, companies can ensure fairness, maintain compliance, and encourage employees to improve their performance and behavior.
With this feature, HR teams can issue, track, and manage warnings seamlessly within the system, ensuring a clear record of disciplinary actions. This not only helps in maintaining workplace standards but also provides employees with clarity regarding expectations and consequences.
Accessing Warning Management
To access Warning Management, expand HR Admin Setup and click on Warning.
Creating a Warning:
Click on the "Add Warning" button.
Select the branch.
Select the department.
Select the employee.
Add a subject.
Enter the message detailing the reason for the warning.
Set the warning date.
Click on "Create" to save the warning.
By integrating this feature into digitalHRS, organizations can maintain workplace discipline effectively while ensuring that employees are aware of and accountable for their actions.
