General Settings

General settings allow you to configure key parameters that affect the overall functionality of the DigitalHR system.

• Local Push Notification Days:

  • Set the number of days in advance for sending local push notifications (Check in check out reminder). On the mobile application users will be reminded to check in 15 mins before check in and 15 mins before checkout, for this you can set the no of days by which the app sets alarm clock to notify the users locally. You can set this to 3 or 5 or 7, the idea number would be 3 days.

• Employee Code Prefix:

  • Define a prefix for employee codes to standardize employee identification across the organization.

• Attendance Limit

  (Moved to Attendance Setting under Attendance Method)

• Award Display Limit:

  • Sets the number of awards to be displayed in the mobile application.

• Records Per Page

  • Set the no of records to be shown in any listing page

• Bonus Applicable After(months)

  • Set the no of months/days after when the employee is entitled for any bonuses.
